Triumphs
I am a Past-President of the Ottawa Valley Triumph Club (OVTC) and was Editor of our newsletter (Overdrive) for 2 years. I recently rebuilt the engine, transmission, and rear axles in our TR6. We also have a GT6 in great condition and a TR3 that is in the midst of restoration. Marjorie and I get a great deal of pleasure out of driving and maintaining our classic British sports cars and participating in OVTC events.

Woodworking
I have a fully equipped woodworking shop and have spent many enjoyable hours making a wide range of things from small toys to a full set of kitchen cabinets. Over the last 30 years, I have renovated every room in our house to transform it from a "winterized cottage" to a permanent home with full basement and attached double garage and workshop.

Golf
I am Club Captain of the Rideau Glen Golf Course in Kemptville, and an active participant in events sanctioned by the Ottawa Valley Golf Association. I recently completed a survey of Club Captains to look for ways to improve men's night at area golf clubs.

Curling
Marjorie and I have recently started to curl at the Manotick Curling Club. We are still beginners but both enjoy the competition and camaraderie. Our only regret is that we did not become involved in the sport years ago.
